Before that, he also gained fame for his ‘Comedy Central Presents’ 2001 special and his VH1 show, ‘Late World with Zach.’

Zach’s fame extends well beyond ‘The Hangover’ franchise, as he starred in another major motion pictures like ‘Due Date,’ ‘It’s Kind of a Funny Story,’ ‘Dinner for Schmucks,’ ‘A Wrinkle In Time,’ and ‘Birdman.’ He also voiced the Joker in ‘The Lego Batman Movie.’ On the television front, he stars on the FX series ‘Baskets,’ which earned him a 2016 Emmy nomination for ‘Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series.’ But the comedian took home an Emmy for his talk show, ‘Between Two Ferns with Zach Galifianakis.’ 

Zach married the co-founder of the Growing Voices charity, Quinn Lundberg, in 2012. They welcomed a son, Rufus Emmanuel Lundberg.
