Peter Billingsley is an actor, producer, and director best known for playing Ralphie Parker in the legendary holiday film A Christmas Story. The movie was released in 1983 and has become a Christmas staple over the years. Before A Christmas Story, Peter had already appeared in several films and commercials, even though he was just a kid. In the years after the holiday film, Peter continued to act before moving mostly into producing and directing. He directed his first feature film Couples Retreat in 2009. The movie starred his close friend Vince Vaughn and Malin Akerman. Peter also directed the 2016 film Term Life. He also produced films like Elf, The Break-Up, Iron Man, and more.
