Leigh-Anne Pinnock (born on October 4, 1991 in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, England) is a British singer. While growing up, Leigh-Anne took place in every school talent show she could. At age 11, Leigh-Anne attended Sylvia Young Theater School. Like the other members of Little Mix, Leigh-Anne auditioned for the UK version of The X Factor in 2011. Though she made it to the Bootcamp stage, she didn’t succeed as a solo artist. Instead, she was paired up with future Little Mix member Jade Thirlwall and another girl in a three-member group, Orion. When Orion didn’t yield any success, Jade and Leigh-Anne joined Perrie Edwards and Jesy Nelson in forming Little Mix. This new group would go on to win The X Factor, the first all girl group to win the competition.

Before she was a singer, Leigh-Anne worked as a waitress in Pizza Hut. She has a tattoo on her neck that reads “Believe,” reportedly after Justin Bieber’s second album. She is dated footballer Jordan Kiffin for two years before splitting in 2015.
