Leafy Salad with a light dressing such as olive oil, lemon juice or vinegar. She tops salads with a lean meat such as chicken or tuna with maybe a side of low-fat cottage cheese.
Dinner
Steamed or roasted vegetables with a main course of broiled fish or grilled chicken.
